This feature builds a foundation that will allow for organizations using Dynamics 365 Commerce to offer different forms of pickup options to their customers to meet their business needs. Enabling this feature will enhance the existing pickup mode of delivery configuration in Commerce parameters to allow a company to define multiple pickup modes of delivery, if desired. This configuration will be useful in scenarios whereby the retailer may want to offer different pickup types (e.g. in-store pickup or curbside pickup). The user experience for POS order creation and e-commerce order creation will also be updated with this feature to allow the POS user or online shopper to choose which pickup mode of delivery will be applied to specific saleslines if the selected items qualify for multiple pickup types. This feature requires all POS devices to be upgraded before enablement (N-1 is not supported).
