When this feature is enabled, users using the existing recall order operation in POS will see a re-designed user experience. This new user experience will provide more capabilities for users to search and retrieve orders and will also provide more detailed information about the orders and order lines that are shown in the search results. This operation has been redesigned to become a core operation of the store that provides a launching pad for the sales associate to find customer orders that they need to fulfill, or to quickly locate orders for customers who are arriving to the store to pickup orders or return orders. Order cancelation and editing can also be initiated through this form. Quotation orders will also still be visible on this form. In addition to the redesign of the user experience, enabling this feature will allow the Recall order operation to be configured in the button grid designer to launch in POS with pre-defined filters. This can allow for screen layouts to be configured with buttons to quickly display a list of all orders that need to be fulfilled by the store, a list of all orders to be picked up at the store, or all list of all orders to be shipped by the store.
