This feature allows sales associates to use the Client book to manage their key customers in one location and capture important information, such as birthdays, anniversaries, likes, and dislikes. The sales associates will also be able to see the customer activities in a timeline view and record new activities and notes on the customer profile. Additionally, the system admin can enable the integration with Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights to display the insights in Point of Sale.
