This feature enables auto-blocking of high-volume notification rules for individual users, which prevents the creation of new notifications for specific processes that generate notifications at rates that surpass the defined threshold. By default, rules that generate more than 100 notifications per hour for a specific user are flagged as high-volume, but this threshold can be adjusted by the administrator. This feature builds upon the System notification management feature previously introduced.
