This feature enables recruiting functionality, including recruiting requests and candidate profiles. Hiring managers are able to use Manager self-service or Personnel management to create a recruiting request for a new worker. This initiates the flow to begin the hiring process. The request can be sent to an integrating applicant tracking system (ATS), if available. The feature also includes candidate records that display in the Personnel management.
