This feature enables the Benefits administrator to have an overview of the benefits enrollment status for all the employees in their organization by each benefits enrollment period. They can see the list of employees with unconfirmed benefits selections, employees who have not checked out benefits plans as well employees who would need to select a new benefits plan based on a life event changes.
