The workspace summarizes changes made to previously confirmed purchase orders, prioritized by risk to downstream processes such as production, service, or sales. Purchasers can quickly review and confirm low-risk changes, leaving more time to focus on high-risk changes, communicate with vendors using email or Microsoft Teams chat, and follow up with downstream stakeholders.
