Turn this feature on to be able to do updates or deletes as well as use change tracking for item - barcode associations. You will be able to do this by using the new entity named item - barcode associations. Its entity key is AssociationID, which creates the association between the barcode and the product. For having this key, the new table InventitemBarcodeAssociation will be populated for existing item-barcode data when you turn the feature on. Note the population of the table will be a batch job and that if your barcode table has a considerable amount of records, it could take a considerable time to run the batch job. Therefore, we recommend that you plan enabling the feature (thus the batch job) in a time that fits your business needs.
