Enable this feature to improve the discount computation performance. When this feature is enabled, the system introduces a publish step for discounts. During this step, the enabled discounts are pre-processed before they can be sent to the channels. This means that only the published discounts can be used by any of the Commerce channels which includes Call center, Point of Sale and Online store. The publishing of discounts will happen automatically when the user tries to enable the discount and thus no additional manual step would be needed by the users. Before enabling this feature, please make sure to run the batch job "Process commerce discounts" periodically. More details about the feature can be found by clicking the "Learn more" link above.
