This feature will enable a new list page - "Expenses delegated to me" that expense report delegates can use to manage expense reports for other users. A new security duty, "Access to expense reports delegated to me listpage", will be available and by default, assigned to the Accounts payable clerk and Accounts payable manager default roles. The ability for a user to view, create or modify an expense report on behalf of another employee is still managed through Expense management > Setup > General > Delegates.
