Use this feature to control the scope of applicability for application specific parameters of an Electronic reporting (ER) format. When this feature is enabled, configured for the lower version of an ER format parameters automatically become applicable for the higher version of this format. When this feature is disabled, you must continue configuring application specific parameters explicitly for each format version.
