This feature allows for a more intuitive user experience when doing returns in POS. With it enabled, the following changes will apply. 1. All customer order returns will be handled as return orders (just like if the process return orders as sales orders parameter is enabled) 2. Customer orders can be returned from show journal and the return transaction operation just like they can from recall order. 3. The UI for the return transaction operation has been improved. 4. The UI for selecting which products to return has been improved, and will allow scanning barcodes to input which products are being returned. 5. When RTS is not available, cash and carry transactions can be returned using the data from the channel database. 6. The quantities that have been returned for cash and carry transactions will be tracked differently in order to prevent issues where they are not updated properly.
