This feature simplifies the process to create, manage, and track courses within the Learning module. The course layout has been redesigned and reorganized to enable easy course creation and mass assignment of participants. Support for virtual courses has been added. Other functionality has been added to support additional scenarios for courses. Employees get an improved view of their courses in Employee Self Service. Managers get an overview of courses assigned to their employes in Manager Self Service.
