This feature provides an ability to compare employees' current benefits plans selection against a previous benefit period's or date-range's plan selection. The feature captures if the employee's plan selections, coverage options, coverage amount or dependents & beneficiary information is changed since the previous period. Administrators can easily select the employees reflecting these changes and validate their selection by comparing this data against previous period or point-in-time data and can take needed actions. Administrators can send email notifications to the employee from this compare plans slider.
