This feature makes it more intuitive to set up transfer prices for items in stock transfers. You set up transfer prices by configuring each item with transfer pricing rules, and one way to do so is to include a rule line that has "From warehouse code" set to "All", which means that the transfer price defined by that line should apply regardless of which warehouse the item is picked from. When this feature is enabled, transfer price rules with "From warehouse code" set to "All" will ignore the "Location" setting, so the rule will apply regardless of which location is specified on the transfer order. This is probably the expected behavior because location is below warehouse in the storage dimension hierarchy. Without this feature, the system will only apply rules such as these when the location on the transfer order exactly matches the location set for the rule, including when a blank location is set for the rule (which would therefore only apply to transfer orders that also have a blank value for the location).
