This feature adds additional setup option for validation of batch expiration dates a when reserving a batch of raw material to be used during production. When this feature is enabled user can choose in 'Validate batch expiration on' field of 'Item model groups' which of criteria should be used when the batch expiration date is validated. Possible values are the planned consumption date (the raw material date) or planned delivery date, as established on the production BOM line or batch order formula line. Previously, the batch expiration date was validated against the planned consumption date (the raw material date) of the production BOM line or batch order formula line.
