Currently, if there are multiple hit lookup values like rate, GTE picks up the rate with the most number of condition columns with value. It does not differentiate how precisely the value matches the condition. For example, SAC "998313" matches both conditions of "Not Blank" and "998313", GTE treats them the same. With this feature turned on, GTE takes the rate with the condition of SAC: "998313" as a higher priority since it matches the SAC of the transaction more precisely than the condition of SAC: "Not Blank". If there are existing tax setup data, please go to Tax > Tax Setup, deactivate GTE for all the companies, and click the button of Upgrade lookup condition.
