Adds a new option on the coverage group to round down advance action days. For example, in case the difference is between supply requirement date/time and receipt requirement date/time is 1 day and 4 hours this will result in 1 advance action day when the option is on, and when the option is off it will result in 2 advance action days. This is specially useful for master planning to not suggest advancing 1 day whenever the supply and the demand are in the same day.
