This feature finalizes the delivered quantity for stocked item requirement lines. This applies to inventory transactions that are created by a packing slip posting when the 'Enable packing slip cancellation for item requirements' feature is turned on. These transactions can't be invoiced due to the transactions either being non-chargeable or belonging to a project that cannot be invoiced. After finalization of all quantity, the item requirement line will move to invoiced status.
