This feature enables the cloud-powered customer search capability for point of sale (POS) which results in improved search relevance and search performance, even with large number of customer records. Please note that it could take a few hours to ingest the customers to search index for the first time. Please refer the detailed feature content using the "Learn more" link showing additional details and ingestion times. However, the recently created customers in Point of Sale are indexed almost instantaneously. Please note that enabling this feature will enable this capability for all the stores across all the legal entities. You acknowledge that the geographic boundaries available for this preview feature may be different than for our generally available Dynamics services. The feature is currently not available for the regions: Brazil, UK, India and Canada and enabling the feature won’t support the new search.
