With this feature enabled, project cost commitments for a purchase requisition is not closed on a project until the associated purchase order is in the confirmation stage. Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the purchase requisition cost commitment is closed and replaced by the purchase order cost commitment and updated with any changes made on the purchase order.
